At the invitation of Bakırçay University, I had the opportunity to inspire young minds during a leadership gathering attended by more than 150 students.

Every leadership journey begins when someone asks the right question.
During this conference, my goal was to open a door for young people to invite them to think differently.

At the Bakırçay University gathering, I shared three fundamental elements that define success in the business world:

The ability to build systems, to unite people around a clear vision, and to create sustainable growth.

I did not explain a predefined path to success.
Instead, I aimed to demonstrate the mindset that makes success possible.

In today’s world, what truly moves companies forward is not memorized formulas, but:

• simple yet well-functioning systems,

• focused teams,

• and a clear leadership approach that enables fast and effective decision-making.

I concluded the session with this message to the students:

“Your life is the quality of the systems you build today.
Never stop asking the right questions.”

This conference was more than just a speech.
It was a privilege to sit at the same table with the leaders of the future and to have the chance to inspire them.
